Diamonds have been known to humankind and used as adornment and decorative items since ancient times. They have been treasured as gemstones since ancient times.

The characteristics and rarity of the Diamond make it the most valuable of all gemstones.

The hardness of Diamond and its high dispersion of light make it useful for industrial applications and desirable as jewelry. We can say that the most famous use of the Diamond in jewelry is in engagement rings.

 Diamond contains gemstone so much allure and interest that attract people more than other gemstones.

Most of Diamonds that are used as gemstones are colorless or very faintly colored. The most typical color used for Diamond jewelry is colorless. Diamonds have a light tint, usually yellowish or brownish, clear Diamonds are much more valuable than their lightly tinted counterparts.

Diamond is immune to scratching Because of its hardness, and the only thing that can scratch it is another Diamond, Diamonds are also difficult to polish due to their hardness and the only way to polish them is with special Diamond saws that have a thin layer of Diamond on the saw blades and edges.
