Silver

Silver is a soft white metal, it is one of the most important precious metals in the world. It has been used by humans since prehistoric times; it was one of the first metals utilized by men.

Silver has the highest thermal and electrical conductivity of all metals as it has a high optical reflectivity and lowest contact resistance. Its high level of ductility makes it especially valuable in science and industry applications as well, It is used in coins, jewelry, ornamentation,  mirrors, photography, soldering and electrical contacts as it is one of the most Desirable metals in alternative medicine and dentistry.

Silver's chemical symbol is AG, its atomic number is 47, it will tarnish if allowed to oxidize and when exposed to contaminants such as ozone.it can also be mixed with other metals to increase its hardness.
